Staff Accountant

Salary: $75,000 to $90,000/year

Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking a Staff Accountant for an electronics component manufacturer. Our client is an industry leader operating across the US and Asia. This is a full-time, permanent, direct hire opportunity based in the Irvine, CA area. Compensation starts at $75,000 to $90,000/year.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare budgets and forecasts
• Perform general ledger reconciliations
• Review and validate accounting records and transactions
• Assist with periodic audit processes

 

Requirements

• Ability to work full-time onsite in Irvine, CA
• Chinese language skills are a plus but not required
• Minimum of two years of corporate accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, SAP, or Peachtree is a plus
• Professional, positive, and friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
