Express Employment Professionals is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ISO & Safety Compliance Manager. This role is essential to ensuring manufacturing operations meet the highest standards for product quality, regulatory compliance, and employee well-being. You will collaborate across departments to reinforce a strong safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and uphold a world-class QMS that supports operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Lead and maintain an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Serve as primary liaison for OSHA inspections and safety compliance
Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and operational performance
Conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and manage CAPA processes
Develop SOPs, safety programs, training, and compliance documentation
Strengthen company-wide safety culture and ensure regulatory readiness
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of an ISO 9001:2015–compliant QMS
Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits, including certification and recertification
Develop, write, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation
Facilitate management reviews and align outcomes with organizational quality objectives
Identify non-conformities, lead root cause analysis, and manage CAPA processes
Oversee supplier quality audits and verify vendor compliance
Maintain audit records, reports, and documentation in alignment with ISO standards
Provide ISO/QMS training for managers and staff to ensure readiness and compliance
Track, analyze, and present QMS performance metrics to leadership
Serve as the company's primary OSHA liaison for inspections and regulatory correspondence
Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies aligned with OSHA, state, and local requirements
Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and ergonomic assessments
Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; implement corrective actions
Lead safety meetings, training, drills, and awareness initiatives to promote a safety-first culture
Ensure accurate completion and retention of OSHA logs (300, 300A, etc.)
Oversee PPE inventory, safety equipment procurement, and readiness
Develop and monitor safety KPIs (TRIR, near-miss rates) and report findings to leadership
Stay current on changing safety regulations and industry best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field — OR equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience leading ISO 9001:2015 audits and managing safety programs
Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety practices
Proficiency with QMS software, audit tools, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with strong prioritization abilities
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification
OSHA 30, CSP, or other recognized safety certifications
First Aid/CPR certification
Experience conducting supplier audits and managing CAPA processes
Background in industrial manufacturing environments
