Estimating Administrator $35+ DOE

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Estimating Administrator to support our estimating and bidding process. You’ll help keep projects organized, accurate, and on schedule while working closely with our team and clients.

 

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-qualification for new projects
• Prepare bid forms, packages, and scope letters
• Keep client databases, bid schedules, and plan holder lists updated
• Ensure documents and communications are accurate and on time
• Coordinate with teams and clients for smooth service
• Send monthly bid results reports

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and project specs
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

 

Education & Experience

• HS Diploma required, Associate’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years in administrative, construction estimating experienced preferred
