Prepare, review, and process legal documents related to property transactions, including deeds, contracts, and leases.Maintain and organize files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable.Assist in coordinating real estate transactions from start to finish, including scheduling appointments and managing deadlines.Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted to relevant parties.Answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.Provide information about property listings, transaction status, and other real estate inquiries.Input and update property and transaction data into databases and record-keeping systems. Verify and ensure the accuracy of data entry.Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing correspondence.Assist with preparing reports and presentations for meetings or reviews.Ensure that all transactions and documentation comply with relevant laws and regulations.Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and practices to maintain compliance.Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
