Key Responsibilities

• Learn and master order entry, invoicing, filing, and scheduling methods used by the company.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of company history, products, and sales methods.
• Provide support to office personnel and outside sales staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain front office attendance records accurately and confidentially.
• Foster a professional and positive work environment by leading through example.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and take direction effectively.
• Skilled in handling multi-line phone systems and taking accurate messages.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry.
• Previous customer service and front office experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
