Our Client a local manufacturing company in Detroit is seeking an experienced Machine Maintenance Technician to join their team. Core responsibilities in this role include performing routine preventative maintenance on specialty adhesive machines, replacing parts as needed to prevent unexpected equipment issues and responding to alerts and operation messages. 

Location: Detroit, MI

Position type: Full time, long term, permanent

Shift: Day shift 5a-4p Monday - Thursday

Pay: $25+/hr. BOE

An Ideal candidate will possess the following: 

• 1+ year Machine Maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Experience working with Adhesive machines or mechanical mixers a HUGE PLUS!
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
