We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Second Shift (1 PM – 10 PM) operations. The primary focus of this role is to supervise and motivate the production team to meet and exceed daily unloading and sorting goals. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, jump in when needed, and ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and lead the second shift warehouse team to meet production goals.

·         Oversee the unloading of trucks filled with donated goods and ensure proper sorting and organization of materials.

·         Motivate, train, and coach team members to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards.

·         Monitor workflow on the warehouse floor and step in to assist the team when production falls behind.

·         Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

·         shift managers to ensure smooth transitions and consistent operations.

Qualifications:

·         5+ years of warehouse or production supervisory experience (preferred).

·         Experience driving a 26-foot straight box truck (required).

·         Forklift experience and certification (preferred).

·         Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         Must be comfortable working on the warehouse floor for the full shift, this is a hands-on role, not an office position.

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

·         Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1 PM - 10 PM

Pay Rate: 23/hour
