Job Title: Customer and Technical Support Specialist Location: Agoura Hills, CA Department: Call Center Reports To: Support Lead / Call Center Supervisor / Director of Sales Operations Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role: We are looking for a Customer and Technical Support Specialist to join our call center team. In this role, you will help customers troubleshoot product issues, guide them through solutions, and provide the parts or service they need. You’ll also track customer interactions in our service ticketing system and assist in training other team members.
What You’ll Do:
Answer customer questions about products—new, recently installed, or older items.
Diagnose product issues and provide solutions, including part replacement or service recommendations.
Use our ticketing system to track and manage customer requests.
Enter orders accurately into our system and follow up to ensure completion.
Communicate with customers, sales, production, and shipping teams to resolve issues quickly.
Suggest and implement process improvements for order processing and customer support.
Train and support other customer service staff on troubleshooting and product solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in customer service, order processing, or related roles.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP systems.
Comfortable using customer service ticketing systems.
Strong data entry skills (typing 45–60 WPM).
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Professional demeanor and a team-oriented attitude.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and designing processes where needed.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Professional office environment, typical of a call center.
Use standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.).
Mostly seated work, occasional standing, walking, climbing stairs.
May lift up to 45 pounds occasionally.
