Salary: $14.00/hr.

We are currently looking for a qualified packer for a company located in Early Branch. 

Pay: $14.00/hr.

Schedule: 3:30pm-12am

Job Responsibilities: 

• Accurately pack, sort, and label products according to order specifications.

• Inspect items for quality, damage, or defects before packing.

• Ensure all products are packed securely to prevent damage during shipping.

• Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity goals.

• Use basic warehouse tools such as tape guns, scanners, or pallet jacks (if required).

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

• Assist with restocking packing materials and supplies.

• Report any issues, shortages, or product concerns to supervisors.

• Work collaboratively with team members and support other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct labeling, counting, and packing.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.

• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.

• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs (depending on the worksite requirements).

• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.

• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.

• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

• Previous warehouse or packing experience (preferred but not always required).
