Inventory Clerk / Receptionist
We are looking for an Inventory Clerk/Receptionist to support daily office and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both administrative tasks and inventory duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls; greet and assist visitors.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate equipment repairs.
Enter and maintain accurate inventory data in SAP.
Prepare and distribute inventory reports for management.
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies; suggest corrective actions.
Coordinate Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and monitor stock rotation.
Maintain organized documentation and product binders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ year of experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
SAP experience is an asset.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work mandatory overtime as needed.
Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments with required safety gear.
