Express Employment is seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to support high-volume customer accounts and ensure accurate, timely order management for our client in Plymouth, MI. This is a full time, long term position with a growing manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as main contact for assigned customers; manage emails, orders, changes, and expediting
• Handle order entry, price/delivery updates, schedule changes, EDI transactions, and customer forecasts
• Resolve issues related to pricing, shipping, packaging, claims, and delivery
• Process quotes, track sales vs. forecast, and support cross-functional teams (sales, planning, plants, IT)
• Update customer records, portals, and Oracle system; improve processes and documentation
• Provide backup support to other CSR team members

Qualifications:

• EDI and export/customs knowledge a plus
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in manufacturing and Oracle preferred
• High School Diploma required; college preferred
