Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a growing company out of Spring Valley IL in search of skilled machine operators to join the expanding team! The ideal candidate would come with machine operating experience in a manufacturing background. Weekly Pay and Insurance Benefits are offered! 

Pay:

• $15.00/HR

Schedule:

• 8-10 hour shifts based on workloads: Between 5:00am and 4:00pm. No Weekends.

Job Duties/ Requirements: 

• Read and interpret processing lists, prints, and material specifications.

• Identify material and select proper dies, configurations, and back gauge settings.

• Operate brake press, including start-up, shut-down, and making minor authorized adjustments.

• Verify dimensions using micrometers, calipers, tape measures, and shop math.

• Perform quality checks and document results per company requirements.

• Band, tag, and stage finished material for shipment; remove completed products.

• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and hand tools as needed.

• Maintain equipment through basic operator and preventive maintenance tasks.

• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, ISO standards, and company policies.

• Work effectively in a metalworking environment (dust, temperature, etc.).

• Perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
