Position Overview:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and consistent Bookkeeper to support our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with QuickBooks and Excel, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of documentation in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Handle a high volume of scanning and e-filing of financial and operational documents on a daily basis
• Track and manage purchase orders and related documentation
• Scan and organize all travel documents (hotel, flight, and meal receipts)
• Process and expense up to 5 field credit cards daily, weekly, and monthly
• Perform data entry for payroll
• Open and close jobs each month for reporting and reconciliation purposes
• Maintain organized digital and physical records to support audits and internal reviews

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (required)
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in process
• Ability to handle a high volume of data and document management
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment
• Prior bookkeeping experience required
