We are hiring a Fire Watch worker for a month-long assignment with a respected local company. This role is essential for maintaining a safe worksite during hot work operations.

 

Position Details:

• Pay: $20/hr

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts

• Duration: 1-month project

• Days: working 7 days a week is a must

Responsibilities:

• Monitor hot work areas for sparks, flames, and potential hazards

• Maintain constant situational awareness

• Report safety concerns to supervisors immediately

• Ensure worksite remains clean and compliant with safety standards

Qualifications:

• Prior Fire Watch or general safety experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert

• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work long shifts

• Able to work in outdoor environments
