Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting Rework Technician for a fast-growing Electronics manufacturing company located in Aliso Viejo.

 

Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Fulltime

Pay: $20/Hr.+ DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday 1st shift , available to work OT on some weekends 

 

Position Summary:
The Rework Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, reworking, and repairing PCB assemblies, including fine-pitch components. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with micro-components and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rework, repair, and modification of PCB assemblies.

• Rework 0201, BGA, and other fine-pitch components using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Operate rework stations, soldering equipment, microscopes, and inspection tools.

• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and IPC compliance.

• Assist with troubleshooting and identifying component or soldering issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow ESD and safety protocols.
