Legal Receptionist

Located in Tampa, FL

Salary: 18.00-20.00

Express Employment is partnering with a law office in S. Tampa area and we're seeking an experienced Receptionist to join the team. We are looking for a friendly, honest and welcoming receptionist to join the firm.

 

Details:

• Answer calls and transferring to appropriate department
• Entering time into software system. 
• Data entry, setting up new cases into system.
• Office runner - take documents to the courthouse and/or take mail to the post office at the end of day

 

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years experience as Receptionist or Admin     
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, good typing skills
• Reliable transportation
• Must be attentive to detail, multi-tasker, organized and team player

 

Hours:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
