Monday Friday / 8:00am-5:00pm

An apartment complex in the city of Santa Fe Springs is seeking dedicated Groundskeeper to join the team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our apartment community. Groundskeeper Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the out door grounds, including picking up trash and debris.
• Power and pressure wash sidewalks, walkways, and building exteriors.
• Use equipment such as power washers, dustpans, and trash bins effectively.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, including moving and emptying trash bins.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure all areas are clean and presentable.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Groundskeeper Requirements:

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Previous experience in grounds keeping or a similar outdoor maintenance role preferred.
• Proficiency in operating power washers and other cleaning equipment.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
