Monday- Friday  / 8:00am-4:30pm

A company in Cerritos is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Data Clerk to join the team. In this role, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly by entering and organizing information from orders, files, and stored boxes. This position works closely with both our office staff and warehouse team to ensure all data is clear, accurate, and up to date. Data Clerk Responsibilities:

• Enter data from physical records, boxes, and warehouse-pulled orders into our systems
• Maintain organized filing systems 
• Review data for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with warehouse team members to retrieve documents or clarify order details
• Assist in preparing reports or summaries as needed
• Perform general office tasks to support daily operations

Data Clerk Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with computers and basic data entry software
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in data entry or warehouse admin is a plus but not required
