CNC Router Operator Needed!!!!!
Company in Tulsa needing a CNC Router Operator for the evening shift. One would learn how to set up engine blocks in a numerically controlled machine and perform machining processes to the block that would require boring out holes and inserting with replacement rings/sleeves to reclaim worn areas. Also learn to surface and reset counterbore depths to the proper depth. Among other things would be waterhole repairs on deck surfaces. Being able to learn how to read and use all types of micrometers is important. It is critical that the parts that are being installed have the right amount of interference fit to ensure that there are no leaks. Also they would be learning how to line bore main bearing bore housings and then check for alignment using a laser. Setting tooling to cut the proper size is very critical. Once the controls of the machine are learned, it really is very basic machining.
