We’re seeking reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily production operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Operate or assist in operating manufacturing equipment and machinery
Assemble, package, or inspect products according to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and report any issues to supervisors
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Support production goals and deadlines through teamwork and communication
Complete required documentation and production logs accurately
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50lbs for the duration of the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions
