Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing, coating, and finishing a variety of surfaces in an industrial environment while following safety standards and production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking as needed
Mix and apply paint, coatings, or finishes using spray guns, rollers, or brushes
Inspect finished work to ensure proper coverage, thickness, and quality
Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and specifications
Maintain painting equipment and ensure a clean, safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures, including PPE requirements
Assist with additional production tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous industrial painting or coating experience is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Familiarity with spray equipment, industrial coatings, and surface prep
Ability to lift up to [insert weight] lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
