Duties:
- Manage mixing, batching, filling, packaging, and warehouse operations to meet production schedules and customer demand.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and follow all industry regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline manufacturing processes.
- Supervise and train production supervisors, technicians, machine operators, and support staff; promote a safe and productive work culture.
- Coordinate raw material procurement, inventory accuracy, finished goods storage, and logistics.
- Create and manage production schedules, staffing plans, and workflow priorities.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in liquid manufacturing, chemical blending, food/beverage, cosmetics, or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, safety protocols, and manufacturing best practices.
- Experience managing production teams and supervising multiple departments
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use manufacturing KPIs to improve performance.
- Mechanical aptitude for understanding production equipment and processes.
