Position: Support Coordinator
Pay: $20–$21/HR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
Location: Simi Valley, CA 93065

We are looking for a Support Coordinator who enjoys working with customers and managing incoming calls in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be professional on the phone, organized, and comfortable using a computer throughout the day.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Professional and confident phone skills when assisting callers

• Previous customer service experience

• Ability to navigate computer programs and enter information accurately

• Must pass a background check and drug test

• Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn
