We are looking for Customer Service Reps for a quickly growing call center company in Fort Smith. MUST have a couple years of verifiable customer service experience. Must agree to keep the schedule you are given for one year without requesting a change which is 7am-3:30pm for 2 weeks to train and then will switch to 10:30am-7pm. You will be processing loans over the phone. Must be comfortable working with computers, and able to type 40+ words per minute, courteous and professional on the phones, as well as reliable and dependable. We have assessments that you take for typing, call center, and basic computer, and then we submit you to the company.
Monday through Friday. Pay will start at $14 an hour.
