Job Opening: Industrial Cutter & Sewing Machine Operator, Nursery Fabrication Operator

Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to operate industrial cutting and sewing machines in our production facility. This role involves setting up and supporting cutting machines, operating industrial sewing machines, and loading/unloading large spools of material.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain industrial cutting and sewing machines

• Load and unload heavy spools of fabric onto machines

• Monitor machines during operation to ensure consistent product quality

• Perform basic adjustments and maintenance on machines as needed

• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

• Experience operating industrial sewing or cutting machines preferred

• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy spools and materials (50+ lbs)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

• Willingness to learn and support team operations

Schedule: Monday–Friday
