Key Responsibilities
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision metal components
• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings
• Perform in-process quality checks using measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or similar equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn new processes
• Prior machining or manufacturing experience required
