Refrigeration Contractor Supervisor
Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Partial Remote

Our client is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Contractor Supervisor to support growing HVAC and refrigeration service operations. This part-time role will oversee technical work, ensure compliance, and help support a field technician team.

Compensation & Schedule:

• $50–$70 per hour, based on experience

• Part-time with flexible hours (Minimum of 40 Hours per month)

• Partial remote work available

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, and support technicians to ensure proper installation, service quality, and safety standards.

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance oversight of field personnel.

• Review and approve refrigeration work, permits, documentation, and compliance records.

• Provide technical expertise on system design, code requirements, parts selection, and best practices.

• Support management in expanding HVAC and refrigeration service offerings.

• Conduct periodic quality checks and perform onsite work as needed.

• Ensure all state, federal, and industry compliance requirements are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Refrigeration Contractor License

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass a background check
