Overview

We are looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to support our accounting team. This position is responsible for preparing invoices, processing bill payments, and ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and completed on time.

Responsibilities

• Create and process customer invoices
• Handle bill pay and accounts payable tasks
• Verify billing data and correct errors
• Reconcile discrepancies and maintain organized billing records
• Communicate with clients regarding billing questions
• Support month-end billing and reporting

Requirements

• 1–3 years of billing, AP/AR, or accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
