Express Employment Professionals is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Part-Time Property Manager in the beautiful South Lake Tahoe area!

We are partnering with a reputable client seeking a dedicated team member for a long-term, part-time position with the potential for hire.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Pay: $20–$25/hr (to be determined based on interview and experience)

• Location: South Lake Tahoe, CA

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Operate within Yardi property management software

• Assist with customer inquiries, walk-ins, and tenant concerns

• Collaborate with internal team members and the local community

• Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation and communication

• Support marketing efforts and promote leasing programs/specials
