Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Pay Range: $25/ hour
Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm M-F
Location: Anaheim, CA

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones
  • Greet visitors
  • Assist applicants with the application process
  • Administer employment forms and skills evaluations
  • Enter applicant data into proprietary system
  • Promote associate to local companies
  • Perform reference checks
  • Source candidates
  • Prepare payroll and track attendance
  • List available jobs on online job boards

Requirements, Experience & Education

  • Customer service or front office experience
  • Understanding of common business practices and procedures  
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines while multi-tasking
  • Previous payroll experience a plus
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish
