What you'll do:

• Operate CNC and manual machines to produce high-quality parts
• Cut and shape steel using industrial saws
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet exact specifications
• Handle raw materials and keep production moving smoothly
• Work with the Shop Lead to hit production goals
• Stay active: Stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Keep it safe and organized: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace

What You Bring

• Experience with general CNC machines and manual machine setup and operation
• Ability to read and interpret engineering prints
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Physical stamina and reliability
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
