Our client in North Liberty, IA is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service & Sales Representative!

Position Summary: A locally owned and growing IT services company is seeking a dynamic, professional, and customer-focused individual to support their client experience and business development efforts. This hybrid role combines in-office customer support, light marketing tasks, and outside sales visits to help nurture relationships and close deals with local businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming service calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
• Conduct outbound follow-ups and light prospecting to generate new business leads
• Meet with current and prospective clients in person to present solutions and close deals
• Collaborate with technicians and internal teams to schedule service appointments and ensure follow-through
• Create basic promotional materials (flyers, email campaigns, and graphics) using Canva
• Maintain detailed customer communication records using the company’s CRM system (training provided)
• Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable face of the company in both phone and in-person interactions
• Proactively follow up on open opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide general administrative and sales support to internal teams

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management (especially B2B)
• Comfortable speaking with clients both over the phone and face-to-face
• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement may be provided)
• Familiarity with or interest in the IT industry a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with Canva or other basic design/marketing tools is a plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (CRM, scheduling tools, etc.)
• Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset

Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• Part-Time Averaging 20 hour per week
• 9am start time

Pay:

• $15/hour
