This role supports the Asset Management team in overseeing and optimizing a diverse portfolio of real estate investments. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of real estate assets, including tracking performance and preparing reports.
• Support lease administration, rent collections, and tenant communications.
• Maintain accurate property and financial records in internal systems.
• Coordinate with property managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Assist with due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing activities.
