Salary: $80,000-$100,000 annually

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising up to 15 associates on the 3rd shift
• Follow production schedule to ensure on-time completion.
• Must move people accordingly. Ensure all working efficiently and maintaining production levels.
• Review materials needed before shift start
• Plan and coordinate daily/weekly work.
• Train, motivate, monitor, and evaluate performance of personnel.
• Interview and recommend applicants for hire, counsel, and discipline as necessary.
• Ensure orders are filled efficiently and correctly.
• Provide on time delivery for customers.
• Assist in improving procedures and processes. Implement change management proposals. Monitor daily production process and workflow.
• Check inventory, highlight, and suggest order quantity of materials to avoid potential shortages

MUST HAVE:

• At least 5 years of experience as production supervisor or in a similar position.
• Forklift experience a plus
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills
• Experience as a maintenance mechanic or understanding of maintenance repair in preferred.

Hours: Monday-Friday from 11pm-7am plus overtime

WILL BE TRAINING ON 1st or 2nd SHIFT!!

Pay: $80,000-$100,000 annually
