Express Employment Professionals is recruiting SMT Operators for a fast-growing Electrical manufacturing company located in San Clemente. This is a full-time, Eval to Hire position paying $25-30/hr. DOE.

Schedule: M-F 1st and 2nd shift available

Job Description:

• Will be trained to Set up machines: screen printer, Pick & Place, and reflow oven.
• Perform loading and unloading to and from the machine independently.
• Set up the feeder to machine per set up.
• Perform the simple machine changeover.
• Make sure all process tools, stencils, or fixtures are in-house before starting the set-up process.
• Touch-up soldering and repair work of defects generated by the machine.
• Ensure the assembled product meets compliance standards.
• Overtime required

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willing and eager to learn new procedures.
• SMT operator exp!!!
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
