Graduate Civil Engineer (EIT) – Municipal Projects

📍 North Dakota (Fargo, Bismarck, Detroit Lakes, Dickinson)

This role offers a mix of design, project involvement, and field experience, with the opportunity to grow into increased responsibility, including serving as a Resident Project Representative (RPR) during construction.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to municipal project delivery from planning and design through construction
• Assist with plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates
• Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers on active projects
• Participate in client, project, and internal meetings
• Support construction observation and step into RPR responsibilities as needed
• Communicate project progress and updates regularly
• Follow and apply company CADD standards and engineering procedures
• Gain exposure to proposals and business development over time

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT (or ability to obtain within one year)
• 0–5 years of experience
• Experience or interest in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or GeoPak
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Willingness to travel and support projects in the field as needed
