Schedule: Full-time, Temporary Role

Overview:
A manufacturing organization in the Medford area is seeking a reliable Shipping Associate to support their Logistics team in handling outgoing and incoming shipments. This role is temporary, with the opportunity to gain strong experience in shipping, inventory, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify incoming goods against sales orders to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Perform visual quality inspections and ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling

• Pack products according to instructions to ensure safe delivery to customers

• Complete shipping paperwork (including international) and prepare packing lists

• Enter shipping and receiving data accurately

• Coordinate pickups and route shipping documents to Accounting for billing

• Assist Receiving with delivering stock to proper locations

• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas

Role Levels:
Assignment level will be based on experience.

• Shipping Associate I: Performs basic shipping tasks under close supervision

• Shipping Associate II: Demonstrates mastery of specific tasks, can train others, and works with limited supervision

• Shipping Associate III: Performs advanced shipping functions, exercises independent judgment, and may act as a lead or backup

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred

• Ability to lift and move packages as needed

• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
