Promo Sales Associate

$18 / Hour

Lafayette, LA

 

We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Associate who loves helping customers and has an interest in graphic design. You’ll be the friendly face of our office answering calls, greeting customers, creating orders, and supporting fun, creative products like signs, banners, and promo items.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet walk-in customers and assist with product inquiries

• Answer and direct incoming calls

• Create accurate sales orders and purchase orders

• Operate multiple vendor and sales software systems

• Support sales of signs, flags, banners, promotional items, team uniforms, embroidery, and commercial Christmas décor

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Basic graphic design experience (CorelDraw or Adobe InDesign)

• QuickBooks experience

• ASI EPS knowledge (a plus, not required)

• Promotional product sales experience (preferred)

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check

• Strong communication, customer service, and typing skills

• Ability to learn new systems, graphic processes, and promotional workflows

• Professional, positive, and punctual attitude

• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn

 

Schedule:

•  Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM

 

Pay:

•  $18/Hr.
