Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a well-established company? A locally owned manufacturing company in Holland, MI—serving the area for over 30 years—is hiring for 1st and 3rd Shift Machine Operators. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential.
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with at least 6 months of machine operation experience.
Hourly Pay: $18.00/hr on 1st and $20.70/hr on 3rd
Schedule: 1st shift Mon-Frid 6:30am-2:30pm ; 3rd shift Sun-Thurs 10:15pm-6:15am
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
Operate various production machinery in a manufacturing environment
Ensure quality control and inspection of finished parts
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
Minimum 6 months of machine operation experience
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Able to stand for 8–12 hours
Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic are essential
