M-F 7:30am-4:30pm

(Saturday rotation)

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a structured training program and an excellent opportunity to grow within a supportive sales environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, build strong client relationships, and grow their sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in an initial 2–3 week training program with inside sales to gain knowledge of products, equipment, and their functions.
• Shadow and train with an experienced outside sales representative before beginning independent client visits.
• Manage and service an initial book of 5–7 clients, with the opportunity to expand and grow the client base.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service.
• Present, promote, and sell products and solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Identify new opportunities to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.

Schedule:

• Training period: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (approximately 3 months).
• After training: participation in a Saturday rotation, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Compensation:

• -C-ommission eligibility begins after the first month of employment.
• Base pay plus commission structure provided.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn technical product information quickly.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license required.
