Job Description:Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Technician for a facility in Pharr, TX. This role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring that all equipment, systems, and building components remain safe, reliable, and fully operational. The technician performs preventive maintenance, routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment and machinery
Inspect tools, systems, and facility components to identify issues
Troubleshoot mechanical or operational problems
Complete minor repairs or adjustments as needed
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work
Support warehouse staff by ensuring equipment is safe and functional
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance knowledge
Ability to troubleshoot and identify equipment issues
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule
Experience in maintenance or warehouse environments is a plus
