We are looking for a hands-on, manufacturing-focused Production Supervisor who thrives on the production floor—not behind a desk. If you have proven experience leading teams, maintaining equipment, reading blueprints, and keeping production moving safely and efficiently, we want to talk to you.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked in manufacturing, assembly, production planning, or industrial operations and can step in and take ownership of daily workflow.

What You’ll Do

• Keep all production equipment in safe, operational, and production-ready condition; coordinate with tech/support teams when needed.

• Lead and supervise daily production activities, assigning tasks and coaching team members.

• Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to schedule and plan work accurately.

• Ensure materials, tools, and supplies are available to keep jobs moving.

• Drive cost-effective and efficient manufacturing processes while meeting strict quality and safety standards.

• Prepare accurate labor and material estimates and oversee packaging and shipping needs.

• Perform additional production-related duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience (production, assembly, planning, or similar).

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to read blueprints and translate them into clear, actionable procedures.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tight deadlines.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or similar software.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs.

• Supervisory experience required.

• OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
