Talent Acquisition Specialist

Located in Trainor, PA

Salary: $70 Per hour

Specialized Recruiting Group, a division of Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help modernize and build a best-in-class Talent function for our client, a subsidiary of Delta Airlines which runs an oil refinery in Marcus Hook, just outside Philadelphia. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves systems, structure, and creating scalable people programs. The role is 5 days a week in person and is a one year contract.

• Talent Management & HR Process Support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Talent Management roles.

• Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technology.

• Proficiency in Excel, especially for reporting and dashboard creation.

• Experience developing job descriptions, interview training materials, or competency-driven talent tools (Korn Ferry experience a plus).

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to deliver training.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing large-scale projects.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, senior leaders, and hiring managers.
