Senior Construction Project Engineer - Multi-Level Senior Care Facility

Located in tigard, OR

Salary: $35-38+/hr

Join a dynamic team overseeing the construction of a 3-story senior care facility near Washington Square. As a Project Engineer, you’ll support both field operations and office management, tracking schedules, budgets, and materials while helping keep the project running smoothly from start to finish. This is a hands-on, two-year project where your expertise will make a real impact.

Duties:

• Assist in managing field operations and coordinating with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and procurement timelines
• Track inventory, prepare reports, and maintain project documentation
• Support safety and quality compliance across the construction site
• Use project management software (Procore) to manage documents, track progress, and communicate across teams
• Identify potential project issues and recommend solutions to keep work on schedule
• Collaborate with project leadership to ensure all construction milestones are met
