Tile Setting and Logistic Supply Manager

Located in beaverton, OR

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping tile projects running smoothly from start to finish. You’ll pick up tile and setting materials from local vendors and deliver them to job sites throughout the Portland Metro area. Once onsite, you’ll ensure conditions are ready for installation-verifying measurements, calculating materials, and coordinating with the onsite lead so crews have exactly what they need, exactly when they need it.

You’ll also be responsible for the organization and logistics that keep operations on track: documenting deliveries, tracking materials, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked warehouse. This role oversees tool and vehicle records, assists with safety meetings, and performs quality-control checks to ensure every project meets company standards. If you’re organized, hands-on, and enjoy keeping projects moving behind the scenes, this position offers a great blend of fieldwork, coordination, and responsibility.

Job Duties

• Pick up tile, grout, and setting materials from local vendors and deliver to job sites
• Coordinate with onsite leads to ensure crews have proper materials, tools, and resources
• Verify site readiness by inspecting layouts, measurements, and installation conditions
• Calculate material quantities and report any shortages or issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, material usage, and inventory
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and stocked with essential materials
• Manage and track company tools, equipment, and vehicle records
• Assist with safety meetings, job site compliance, and equipment checks
• Conduct quality-control inspections to ensure project standards are met
• Communicate effectively with project managers, installers, and vendors
