We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and drive the strategic direction of the company.

The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and business acumen with hands-on operational expertise. This role oversees all major functions — including the yard, mechanic shop, packing area, fleet, registers, and delivery operations — to ensure efficiency, profitability, and a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a temporary to permanent position, fluent in both English and Spanish is a must have skill. Any person with management experience in construction, landscaping, or warehouse is encouraged to apply. 

Key Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (must-have skill)
• Proven management experience in warehouse, construction, or landscaping environments
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills in both languages

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations
• Manage staff scheduling and performance
• Manage fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and DOT compliance.
• Monitor productivity and implement process improvements
• Serve as a liaison between management and team members
• Oversee registers and POS operations for accuracy, cash handling, and customer service.
