Warehouse Project Coordinator - $23/hour+
Full-time, day shift

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Project Coordinator to support a Project Manager in delivering interior and furniture projects on time, on budget, and with high client satisfaction. This role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits to client spaces, showrooms, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager through the full post-order process, from order entry to punch list and project close-out.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation including contracts, orders, schedules, and changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and minimal delays.
• Manage sales order information, ensuring orders are acknowledged, shipped in full, and invoiced timely.
• Interface with factory, field operations, and warranty teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure project completion.
• Provide customer service support, answering vendor inquiries and assisting with scheduling deliveries/installation.
• Participate in site visits as needed to verify project progress and ensure adherence to specifications.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in interiors, architecture, construction, or furniture.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate with clients, designers, and vendors.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Interior Design, Project Management, or related field), or associate degree plus relevant experience.
• Formal project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus.
• Comfortable working in an office environment with some walking in client sites, showrooms, and warehouses.
