We are seeking a skilled ATM Manufacturing and Repair Technician to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing ATM units and related components in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble ATM machines and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Install electronic components, wiring harnesses, card readers, cash dispensers, printers, and other hardware
• Perform functional testing and calibration of ATM units to ensure proper operation
• Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues and complete necessary repairs
• Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and test benches to complete tasks
• Document repairs, test results, part usage, and assembly steps accurately
• Follow quality control standards and safety procedures at all times
• Work with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

 

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, ATM repair, or similar technical field
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with circuit boards, motors, sensors, and embedded systems preferred
• Basic computer skills for testing, logging, and updating records
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

 

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/assembly floor environment
• Use of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protective equipment if required
• May require occasional overtime based on production needs
