Express is seeking Technical Customer Support Representative!

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact: Take customer orders, understand their needs, and ensure smooth processing by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Provide expert support: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Soma Therapy-ED products and deliver technical assistance to users.
  • Ensure quality: Document customer complaints and collaborate with the Quality Manager for resolution.
  • Stay organized: Keep accurate records of calls, orders, and activities every day.
  • Champion compliance: Understand and apply all processes within the Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Customer Support
  • Order processing and documentation
  • Record keeping and inventory management
  • Computer proficiency and typing
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with QMS processes
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required; a 2-year technical degree is a bonus
  • Must pass a drug screen
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Computer, scanners, phone, and small tools
