What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting

• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, budget variance)

• Monitor revenue, expenses, and budgets; recommend corrective actions when needed

• Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and compliance procedures

• Ensure accuracy and adherence to GAAP and financial regulations

• Support external audits by providing documentation and communicating with auditors

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

• Lead and mentor accounting staff, helping build a strong and professional team

What You Bring:

• 7–10 years of accounting experience, with 3–5 years in a management or supervisory role

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial processes

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills

• Ability to manage deadlines, solve problems, and make informed financial recommendations
